VoD Shorts
25 PER SHORTS
Please provide timestamps/already trimmed clips. If you require me to go comb through the VoD to get a clip, you will be charged an extra 10USD.
Taken from VoDs. If Twitch, please provide Editor access, or provide the VoD in which you would like to be edited.
Should you want a completely non-copyrighted Short, you will be charged an extra 20USD.
Scripted Shorts
35 PER SHORTS
When recording a green screen, please make sure it's on .mp4. I will guide you through making the transparent video if you are not familiar.
Please also include the script for the video.
Music Shorts
35 - 50 USD per Shorts, according to complexity.
Terms of Service - Shorts
Each client must outline when the Shorts are to be published - and to inform me when each Short is published.
For long term clients, payment will be calculated for each week's video (counted by Monday), and Shorts will be made in batches.
Payment will be made at the start of each month, at exactly 1st of each month.
A Google Drive will be provided that the client can upload their scripts, greenscreens, and other assets to.
Each Short is counted as commercial, and is priced as commercial.

Terms of Service
(Updated as of 1st December)Each type of commission has their own ToS, these outlines the general ToS! Before you commission me, please consider these:
Project
- Every project must be credited to me (twitter.com/airoplen), as well as being able to use the projects as part of my portfolio.
- Clients are entitled to a total of 2 minor revisions (excluding my own faults) for any project; major revisions will be charged accordingly.
- I reserve the rights to decline a project if I feel the project is out of my scope.
- Make sure that any assets provided are able to be used with permission of their original creators.
- I will decline a request if it the content handles topics that I am not comfortable with.
- Please only contact me if the assets are done. If the assets are not complete, you will be put on a waitlist instead. I will not work with a placeholder.
- Inform me about the deadline and the date on which the project is planned to be released. This is for the highlight to be released 2-3 days after release, and will be scheduled accordingly.
Payment
- I only take PayPal.
- I require full payment for the project before starting.
- If a project has exceeded it's agreed deadline, you are entitled to a 10% discount on the final price.
- Rushed projects (any projects) will have additional fees, depending on how rushed it is. I will not accept any projects that require me to create within 2-3 days. Jumping ahead of the queue is also considered a rush project.
- Corporations or Agencies are charged 2x of the final price. This will cover the commercial and confidentiality rights.
- Music Videos are all charged commercially.
- If you are initially planning to have a non-commercialized video to turn into a commercialized version of the video, please contact me.
Cancellation
- I reserve the rights to cancel a project. A full refund will be given if a project is cancelled by my side without a sensible reason.
- If a project is cancelled from the client-side, you are afforded a 50% refund from your down payment.
- If a project is cancelled, I am allowed to post the unfinished project in the form of an unlisted Youtube video.
